Description:

McAfee is looking for a passionate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join their Bangalore finance team. This role supports the global FP&A group by budgeting, forecasting, tracking expenses and headcount, and developing financial models to optimize performance and enable strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills to work extensively with large datasets, interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

The FP&A analyst will work closely with business partners to analyze financial status, variances, and recommend improvements based on data-driven conclusions. This position suits professionals comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment who are eager to collaborate and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in financial planning or related roles.
• Strong working knowledge of finance, accounting, and business analysis.

• Knowledge of Workday financial systems is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model within commutable distance to Bangalore.
